Claude Monnet first got his hands on DJ turntables at the age of 16 and quickly made a name for himself in the underground Parisian club scene with his groovy and eclectic sets. He became an important and influential figure in the French Touch movement, blending Afro, Soul, Funk, Disco, Chicago House, and Detroit Techno sounds.
With over 30 years of experience, the head of the SSOH and BACK TO FUNDAMENTALS labels has played in the world's most renowned clubs (Ibiza, London, Rio, New York, Singapore, Los Angeles…). As a producer, he creates powerful, sharp House tracks that are always in tune with the times. He has also signed remixes for renowned artists and labels (MAW records, Cevin Fischer, Rodriguez Jr, Murk, Tribes…).
In 2014, his remix of Timmy Regisford's "At the Club" reached number 1 on the House charts, ranking DJ Claude Monnet among the top HOUSE DJs on Traxsource. His recent productions on MADE IN MIAMI and MULTINOTES continue to ignite dance floors around the world.
